OH FAAAAAAARK! I was hoping that no one would notice. They were a gift. A GIFT. And it would have been rude to say "really, you shouldn't have, really". Which is what I was thinking. I think that she only gave them to us because her daughter was given a pair and she, um, wanted to share the love. And Remy needed bigger shoes. And these are bigger than his other pair. So I let him wear them. Free will? Pah! No such thing.

If that explanation had been just one sentence longer I would have believed you :)

Feel your pain.

I must admit to judging. But then realised that was totally hypocritical as my dad bought Han a pair which I haven't been able to bring myself to throw out because Han loves them. *spew* I refuse to let them out in public though. Welll... except for the time it was WWIII or letting her go to creche with her feet adorned in hideous footwear. Some things just aren't worth the pain.

People are cruel man. They know EXACTLY what they are doing when they gift these things. Evil. Pure evil.
